Terms of Service

By using Ticket & Keys™ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Ticket & Keys™ is a marketplace platform connecting event attendees with event hosts, and travellers with accommodation providers. We are not the organiser of events nor the owner of accommodations listed on the platform.

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the host. All purchases are final. In case of event cancellation, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via Stripe.

Ticket resale or transfer is prohibited without prior written consent from the event host.

Bookings are between you and the accommodation host. Ticket & Keys™ facilitates the transaction but is not a party to the accommodation contract. Cancellation policies are set by individual hosts.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Ticket & Keys™ charges a platform service fee which is included in the displayed price.

Event hosts and accommodation providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the delivery of their services, and compliance with all applicable laws including health and safety regulations.

• Posting false, misleading or fraudulent listings
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harassing other users or platform staff
• Attempting to circumvent payment processing
• Scraping or automated access without permission

All platform content, branding and technology is owned by Ticket & Keys™. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ticket & Keys™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant booking.

These Terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Finnish courts. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms and will notify registered users by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
